New Apartments in Chicago to See in 2019
Another new year brings another batch of new Chicago apartments to explore. Renters in 2019 can expect an even more impressive amenities race between buildings trying to curate the most coolest collection of spaces and services. A trend in Luxury Living Chicago Realty’s 2019 portfolio of exclusive leasing partnerships is creating new rental inventory from an existing building, which can deliver unique options for renters.
The Field’s Lofts
Previously used as a warehouse for Marshall Field’s department store, the Field’s Lofts will be pre-leasing soon in Logan Square for move dates starting April 1st. With soaring ceilings, the Field’s Lofts are a refreshing combination of luxury finishes and industrial character. The Logan Square apartments will also offer convenient amenities, ranging from a massive outdoor sundeck to state-of-the-art fitness center.
Lincoln Common
The Lincoln Common development at the intersection of Lincoln, Fullerton, and Halsted will add luxury apartments, condos, and new dining and retail options to the neighborhood. In two sleek towers, the Apartments at Lincoln Common will raise the bar for rental residences in Lincoln Park. Pre-leasing is slated to begin in February for floor plans ranging between studios and penthouses, with stunning finishes and expansive amenities.
River City
Renovation work has already begun on River City, in Chicago’s largest condo deconversion in history. The 449-unit landmark in the South Loop will offer renewed, modern apartments ranging from studios to townhomes & penthouses. At 800 S. Wells Street, River City will reveal an updated lobby and new amenity spaces including: co-working spaces, a fitness center, dog run, and community gathering spaces.
Twelve 17
Named for its address at 1217 W. Madison, this boutique building will be the newest addition to the West Loop Luxury Apartments portfolio. With spacious two and three bedroom floor plans, Twelve17 provides condo-quality finishes in every apartment, such as custom trim, walk-in showers, and private deck spaces. In addition, every West Loop apartment include a reserved parking space in the attached, heated garage.
New Chicago High-Rise Rentals
Renters seeking a new apartment in 2019 will also want to explore some of the high-rise buildings that delivered in 2018 and are actively leasing now. In the South Loop, The Cooper offers unique amenities like a Peloton spin studio, Namaste nook, and musical jam room. The West Loop’s 727 West Madison provides stunning city views, modern finishes, and luxe amenities, in a truly convenient location near Restaurant Row. Over by Lake Michigan, 465 North Park may lead the amenities race with nearly an acre of community spaces for residents to relax, work out, and entertain.
