NEXT Chicago – New River North Apartments

NoCA, the area just north of River North is rapidly developing. Construction will soon begin at NEXT apartments at NoCa, Fifield Companies’ latest downtown development. Previously known as Avant, the 28 story apartment building will be located at 347 W. Chestnut. NEXT at NoCA will be joining new properties, like 858 N Franklin, in this up and coming neighborhood.

The North of Chicago Avenue neighborhood offers proximity to the restaurants and nightlife options in River North, Gold Coast, and Old Town. Residents will be walking distance from a variety of parks and grocery stores, including Whole Foods, Jewel-Osco and Walmart Express. The neighborhood has the added convenience of being right next to the CTA Brown and Purple lines, with the Red line only a few blocks away.

Designed by Pappageorge Haymes, NEXT at NoCA will offer 6,000 square feet of ground floor retail and 310 apartments. Keeping up with the current amenity floor standards, the property will provide a variety of spaces for residents to utilize such as an outdoor pool and spa, fire pit, outdoor grill kitchens, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and private screening room.
