Marquee at Block 37 Now Pre-Leasing for June

As of March 1st, Marquee at Block 37 is officially pre-leasing 690 luxury units for move-ins starting June 1st. Luxury Living Chicago Realty took a hard hat tour of the property with Leasing Manager, Xander Clarke.

The tour started in the pre-leasing center, which is on the third floor of Block 37, next to Latinicity. The showroom allows prospective residents to experience Marquee’s finishes, with two built-out kitchens and a bathroom. Marquee offers two finish packages, titanium and espresso, both feature white quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a porcelain tile backsplash.
