Chicago’s real estate market is heating up for spring, which means pricing is on the rise. With brand-new buildings starting to open, it’s an exciting time to look for a downtown Chicago apartment. We’re highlighting four properties with pricing incentives or new rental options throughout the city:

The Sinclair:

At the corner of Division and LaSalle, The Sinclair is making big strides on wrapping up construction.
