The developer is in talks with a restaurant that’s going in the retail space to utilize outdoor space on the amenity roof deck, which would allow for a unique, pool-side dining experience if they can pull it off.

Gallery on Wells has one of my favorite one bedroom apartment layouts – a corner one bedroom with a peninsula island! Not only are corner one bedroom apartments hard to come by in the city, but these specific apartments have a layout with unobstructed skyline views looking east, south, and west! Oh, it also comes with two private balconies, just in case the peninsula layout didn’t provide you with enough of a “wow” factor. Certainly a unique and fun layout for the one bedroom seeker.

My favorite thing about the property is the views. Set further west in River North than most Chicago high-rise apartment buildings, Gallery on Wells offers unobstructed views east to Chicago’s sky line. No other property in River North offers these types of dramatic views.
