8 East Huron New Luxury Chicago Apartments Begins Leasing

Last night the Luxury Living Chicago team celebrated the launch of 8 East Huron – the hottest new luxury Chicago apartments with music, food, and fun. Leasing at 8 East Huron is underway now for move-ins beginning October 2017.

The building boasts three tiers of luxury finishes: the Penthouse, Huron and State collections, which start from $2,195 and feature a range of uniquely designed floor plans and finish options. Nestled between Chicago’s most sought-after and desirable neighborhoods, River North and Gold Coast, 8 East Huron is at the epicenter of world class dining and shopping.

The Event

Guests were greeted with a signature cocktail the “State and Huron”, and a beautiful spread of meats, cheeses, and hors d’oeuvres at the Apogee Rooftop Lounge atop the Dana Hotel. Attendees were able to take a tour of the building by using virtual reality goggles, in which they could explore everything from the lobby, fitness center, rooftop pool and the interiors of the River North apartments for rent.

Chicago Art Source, the curators of 8 East Huron’s private art collection, had a beautiful pop-up art shop on display around the perimeter of the room.  Upon guest’s departure, they were gifted a beautiful frosted glass candle to take home with them in addition to their photographs from a selfie station.

The expansive floor to ceiling windows of the Apogee Rooftop lounge provided guests with the perfect vantage point of 8 East Huron across the street. The building is currently wrapping up construction and putting the finishing touch on each unit. The rental residences can only be viewed via private hard hat tours at this time.
