Sam Kahn

Sam Kahn serves as the Director of Listings for Luxury Living where he prides himself on always being available to clients looking to purchase, sell, or invest in the Chicago sales market.

Sam has been awarded year over year as a Top Producer by the Chicago Association of Realtors the highest recognition an agent can receive.  He’s an exclusive member of TAN’s (Top Agent Network) only the top 10% of agents in the city qualify.  Also having been featured in the Chicago Agent Who’s Who magazine his sales volume consistently ranks him in the Top 5% of real estate agents citywide.

The leading sales agent at Luxury Living, Sam has been involved in close to 1000 transactions to date.  Also working side by side with developers he’s taken part in some of the most successful building sellouts in the city.

A current condo owner living in Chicago’s Wicker Park neighborhood with his wife also named Sam. His wealth of knowledge in the Chicago Real Estate Sales Market is exceptional and well versed from previously living in quite a few different neighborhoods.

Originally from Shaker Heights, Ohio but now a 10-year Chicago resident, Sam moved to the Windy City after earning his degree from The University of Kansas. When not finding clients their dream home he likes to spend time riding the peloton, watching sports, and experiencing Chicago’s amazing restaurant scene.
