About Madeline Sears

Madeline Sears is a Senior Leasing Consultant for Luxury Living. Madeline is committed to educating her clients about the real estate market and providing them with an unparalleled level of service when helping them find the perfect home. She strives to build lasting relationships with each and every one of her clients, becoming their trusted resource for all of their future real estate needs.

Born and raised in a suburb north of Chicago, Madeline journeyed out west to the University of Denver where she dual-majored in International Studies and Spanish. After returning to Chicago, she soon followed in her family’s footsteps and joined the real estate profession.

Madeline lives in the West Loop with her boyfriend and their sweet little terrier named Max. An avid traveler, her most recent trips have been to Italy, Aruba, and South Africa. In Chicago, you can find her dining at one of the city’s many amazing restaurants on Randolph and Fulton Market or strolling along the River Walk with her pup.

She provided well-researched leads and walked me through the nuances of each property and neighborhood I was looking it. When I met Madeline to see apartments in person, she kept a detailed diary of each one (the size, rent, pet deposits, etc.), so that I could focus on evaluating the space. She’s followed up to congratulate me and inform me that my lease went through, as well as make sure I’m taken care of. Truly a great experience.
