Xavier Chicago Apartments Throws Grand Opening Party

The stunning Xavier Chicago apartments located at 625 W Division in the Clybourn Corridor/Old Town neighborhood threw a fun grand opening party last week to mark the building’s debut. Xavier was one of the first new Chicago apartment buildings to open in 2016.

Guests were invited to experience Xavier floor by floor enjoying small bites, drinks, art and music in the building’s common spaces and amenities.

Xavier feels like a living, breathing gallery with its art installations and sustainable and repurposed materials. All elements of design are tastefully done by developer Gerding Edlen out of Portland, Oregon, which also developed the Jones Chicago apartments in the River North neighborhood.

This is most evident in the lobby, which features a Green Patriot Posters installation and beautiful double-sided fireplace, the second-floor mezzanine’s fitness center complete with a salvaged gymnasium floor, and rooftop outdoor terrace which will ultimately have some of the best landscape architecture in Chicago.

Xavier’s apartments are sleek, modern, sexy, and currently, come with a one-month free special! Residents can choose from studio, one bedroom, one bedroom plus den and two bedroom floor plans. Closet space is impressive, with larger walk-ins and reach-in options that can be outfitted with customizable shelving.

One of the best features of the building is its location, which puts residents just a few blocks away from the heart of the Old Town neighborhood.
